

The TIS Spares Management – 8 Hour Spares Arrival Service requires an annual service contract with TIS.
In the event of a hardware failure, this Service provides advanced delivery of a replacement module to the designated Customer site within 8 Hours from the time the Return Material Authorization (RMA) was issued and approved by the customer.
After the replacement module arrives at the site, the defective module will be returned to the customer within ten (10) calendar days.
