The Energy Projects Department focuses on the electricity power sector and industries from Transmission, distribution to electrification projects.

1. Project Planning and Budgeting
We work with your engineers and planners to understand your objectives, timeline, and budgetary requirements.

This information rolls into the development of a detailed scope of work that will be submitted. These documents clearly identify each phase of your project from start to finish, with specific deliverables and associated timelines. We also develop a targeted budget.

2. Project Management Team
For every deployment, a Project Management Team (PMT) is created to carry out your project. Our professionals carry expertise in all areas of network planning, design and implementation.

3. Dedicated Project Manager
The Project Management Team is led by a Project Manager, assigned to oversee all aspects of your project, from planning through final acceptance.

The Project Manager coordinates all resources in accordance with the project scale and the project schedule, develops and maintains the project plan, supervises the schedule (including lead-time management), provides problem resolution and escalation services, and provides project reports and program reviews at all major milestones.

The Project Manager also acts as the “point of contact” to all interfaces of the overall program, and provides subcontractor management services.

4. Site Survey and Engineering Design
In order to create the proper scope of work, our specialists first perform the site survey to identify the installation location/route, required installation materials and specifications, and perform any test required. From this, we create an engineering design that details the installation specification.

5. Implementation
Our implementation team installs, commissions, and tests the works through final acceptance. This service includes specifications for acceptance.

6. Wayleaves
Our wayleave administrator negotiates way of leave to do work in metropolitan, provincial and national areas making sure that we adhere to all rules and regulations set out by the various regulating bodies. This is accomplished by drawing up a topographic & schematical plan that is submitted with an application letter specifying the scope of work.

7. Safety & Environment Assurance
Our safety and environmental assurance specialists oversee the safety and environmental aspects of your deployment. They develop a construction safety environment plan, set up any required construction safety and environment systems, review and approve environmental safety criteria required by subcontractors, perform regular on-site safety inspections, and provide accident management services.

8. Quality Assurance
The quality assurance specialist(s) applies ISO9001- 2008 quality management standards to your project, to ensure a consistent high quality of workmanship in the deployment of your network.

9. Logistic / Materials
Our logistics specialist(s) ensures your equipment is delivered to the appropriate site in a timely and safe manner.
